Prof. Cong has been selected to receive the 2025 ISPD Lifetime Achievement Award, to be presented at the International Symposium on Physical Design (ISPD) in Austin, TX, on March 16-19, 2025.  This award is given to individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the field of physical design automation that span several decades. The purpose of the award is to recognize their lifetime contributions to research, education, and professional service.
